HOW IT WORKS
A starting fee with the scope visible.
Our standard householder package starts at £1,250 + VAT (£1,500 including VAT). Proposed domestic LDC and larger-home-extension prior approval packages start at £950 + VAT (£1,140 including VAT).
The tool applies 20% VAT to our professional fee, then adds any VAT-inclusive allowance you enter. It does not predict council charges or specialist costs. For example, a householder starting fee plus a £500 allowance gives a starting budget of £2,000.
Measured survey, planning drawings and application management are included within the written scope. Complex schemes need a tailored quotation. Read the package details.
